your remmu wallet holds three types of balance cash you've topped up, commission earned from the affiliate program docid\ i dbq7qquqrn7bc lniqz , and locked remmu credits convertible from your withdrawable balance go to account → wallet 💼 wallet balances the wallet card shows three balances side by side balance what it is what you can do with it total your full wallet value (withdrawable + locked credits) reference total withdrawable cash from top ups + affiliate commission withdraw to bank, or convert to remmu credits with a bonus remmu credits locked credits — once converted, can't be cashed out apply to your remmu subscription invoices automatically three buttons let you take action top up — add cash to your withdrawable balance withdraw — request a bank transfer (disabled if balance below minimum or a withdrawal is already pending) convert to credits — convert withdrawable balance to remmu credits, with a bonus ⬆️ topping up add cash to your wallet by submitting a top up request click top up enter the amount (minimum rm 50 ) select payment method — currently bank transfer only optionally enter your bank reference and notes optionally upload payment proof (jpg, png, webp, or pdf, max 5 mb) submit your top up appears under top ups with a pending status once the remmu team verifies the bank transfer, the status changes to approved and the amount is credited to your withdrawable balance only one pending top up at a time wait for admin approval before submitting another ⬇️ withdrawing to your bank request a payout to your bank account click withdraw enter the amount (minimum rm 50 , max = your withdrawable balance) enter your bank details — bank name, account number, account holder name submit withdrawals appear under the withdrawals tab with their status status meaning requested awaiting admin review approved approved — bank transfer being processed paid transfer complete — payment reference shown rejected cannot be processed — rejection reason shown only one pending withdrawal at a time 🔄 converting to remmu credits convert withdrawable balance into remmu credits and get a bonus (typically 20%) on top click convert to credits enter the amount you want to convert the dialog shows the breakdown — for example, rm 100 → +rm 20 bonus → rm 120 credits tick the acknowledgement checkbox confirm remmu credits can only be spent on your remmu subscription invoices they are applied automatically before the next charge conversion is final once converted, the amount can no longer be withdrawn back to cash only convert what you're sure you'll spend on remmu 📋 activity the wallet has three tabs showing your history tab contents transactions all wallet movements — top ups in, withdrawals out, commission earned, conversions, applied credits top ups top up requests with status (pending / approved / rejected) and bank reference withdrawals withdrawal requests with status, masked bank account, payment reference, and rejection reason if applicable each transaction shows whether it's withdrawable or locked credits via a small badge
