Member Guides
Member Guides lets you download ready-made, step-by-step how-to guides for your members as one PDF with your branding. Share it in a WhatsApp group, email it to new families, or print it for your front desk, so members can get started without asking you how.
Go to Guides in the sidebar (under System). Admin only.

📥 Downloading Guides
- Click each guide you want to include. Selected guides show a tick. Use Select all or Clear to change the selection quickly
- Click Preview to see the full PDF in the page before downloading (optional)
- Click Download Selected
All selected guides are combined into a single PDF, member-guides.pdf.
Tip: Only include guides for features your academy actually uses. For example, leave out Buy from the Store if you don't run a store, so members aren't confused.
🎨 Branding
Each PDF is branded for your academy automatically:
- Your academy logo (the invoice logo if you've set one, otherwise the email logo, otherwise your main logo) and name
- Your academy's portal URL: your custom domain if you have one, otherwise your remmu.com subdomain, so members know exactly where to log in
To change what appears, update your logos in Settings → General or your domain in Settings → Domain, then download the guides again.
