My Profile

the profile page is where members and instructors manage their club identity — personal details, class enrolments, payments, packages, and guardians go to club → profile (visible to members and instructors) 👥 for members (students) viewing your profiles the profile page shows a list of all profiles linked to your account your own profile — labelled "you" child profiles — labelled "child" (if you manage a minor's account) each card shows name, status, enrolled class, and contact info click any profile card to open the full detail view profile detail view the full profile shows personal info name, date of birth, ic number, phone, email emergency contact name and phone enrolled classes all classes the student is enrolled in billing type per class (monthly, package, per session) payments recent and upcoming payments payment status per class and month packages current session package balances purchase history custom fields any additional fields configured by your club (e g belt rank, medical notes) guardians guardian name, email, and phone guardian can log in separately to view and manage this profile editing your profile click edit on any profile card to update profile picture personal information (name, dob, ic, phone) emergency contact details custom field values tip if you enter a malaysian ic number, remmu automatically extracts your date of birth and gender adding a child profile click + add child to create a profile for your child under your account fill in the child's details you can indicate whether the child has their own email and phone (for older teenagers) or whether all contact goes through you adding yourself if you don't yet have a student profile, click + add myself to create one this links your account to a student record in the club 👤 for instructors if you have the instructor role, the profile page shows your instructor profile card alongside any student profiles instructor profile card shows name, status, email, phone number of assigned classes bio and specialties click edit to update your instructor profile editing your instructor profile section fields personal info name, email, phone, profile picture bio short description of your background specialties your teaching specialties (e g muay thai, yoga) certifications qualifications and credentials hire date when you joined the club compensation hourly rate or per class rate bank details account name, bank name, account number (for payments) payment qr code upload a qr code for direct transfers class assignments classes you teach custom fields any additional fields set by the admin instructor payment info your bank details and qr code are used by the admin to pay your compensation keep these up to date so payments go to the right account 🚀 completing your profile if you're prompted to complete your profile (e g after joining via a qr code), fill in the required fields and click save you'll be redirected to the club dashboard once done
