Enrol & Pay
Beta feature. Enrol & Pay lets a parent choose a class, fill in their child's details, and pay — all from your landing page, without registering first.
The Enrol & Pay landing-page block turns your public page into a sign-up desk. It's the same journey as registering, adding a child, and enrolling them in a class — just in a friendlier order: the parent picks the class first, then fills in one short form. REMMU creates the parent account, the student, the enrolment, and the first invoice, exactly as if the parent had done it themselves in the app.
It's the paid counterpart to Trial Class Signup: trial signup books a trial class, Enrol & Pay enrols a student into a class for the monthly fee.
🔧 Before You Start
- Choose which classes can be joined online. Edit the class (or use Bulk Edit Billing & Sign-up on the Locations page) and turn on Allow public enrolment & payment under Online sign-up. See Classes → Online sign-up. The class needs Monthly billing and a monthly fee
- To let parents pay straight away, turn on Guest Checkout plus online payment and/or bank transfer in Settings → Billing (see Payment Methods). Parents pay with whichever of those methods you've enabled
- Optional — one-time fees. Any payment type set to generate on enrolment (for example a registration fee or deposit) is added to the first invoice, just like when you enrol a student yourself
- Optional — bundle pricing. If you use Pricing Groups, parents can pick several classes at your bundle price
👪 What the Parent Sees
- Pick a class, step by step. The parent chooses a location, then a category, then a class. A step with only one option is skipped automatically, and finished steps shrink to a one-line summary with a Change link
- Class cards show the day and time, the monthly fee, and how many places are left. A full class shows Class full and can't be picked
- Bundle pricing (optional). If the class belongs to a Pricing Group, the parent can choose how many classes to take and pick the extra classes. The form shows the bundle price and the saving, and warns if two chosen classes run at the same time
- Price summary. The monthly fee (or bundle price), any one-time fees such as registration or deposit, and the total due
- Joining month. The parent chooses whether the first bill is for this month or next month — the same choice parents get when they self-enrol
- Registration form. The details you ask for (see below), a consent box, and an optional link to your class policy
- Done. Depending on your After sign-up setting, the parent goes straight to the payment page, or sees a "You're enrolled" message
On a phone, a Continue bar stays at the bottom of the screen once a class is chosen.
Parent accounts
- New email — REMMU creates the parent's account and emails them a Set your password link. They don't need a password to finish signing up or to pay
- Email already registered — the parent is asked to log in right inside the block, then the sign-up carries on with everything they picked
- Already logged in — their details are filled in for them
🧩 Adding the Block
In the landing page editor, click Add Block and choose Enrol & Pay (under Sign-ups & promotions). Two layouts are available: Embedded and Card.
Sign-ups in the editor's preview are only simulated — nothing is created. Real sign-ups happen on your published page.
Block settings
Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
Heading / Subheading | Text shown above the class picker |
Locations on this page | Choose which locations this page offers. Leave all unticked to offer every location — or make one onboarding page per location |
Step titles | Rename the Location, Category, and Class steps. Leave blank for the defaults |
Button text / Small print | The main button label and the line underneath it |
Who enrols | A parent enrols a child (default), Adults enrol themselves (their own name and WhatsApp, no parent fields), or Ask first (the visitor picks "Myself" or "My child") |
After sign-up | Invoice and pay now — creates the first invoice and takes the parent straight to the payment page (needs Guest Checkout on). Invoice, pay later — creates the first invoice; the parent pays later. No invoice — enrols only; your normal monthly billing invoices them from the next cycle |
Success message | Shown when sign-up is complete. Leave blank for the default |
Consent text | The line the parent ticks. Default: "I confirm the details are correct and agree to the class policy." |
Class policy link | Optional link shown next to the consent box. Must start with https:// |
Registration form fields
The student's name, the parent's name, and the parent's WhatsApp number are always asked (for Adults enrol themselves: their name and WhatsApp). Email is always asked too, because it's used for the parent's account.
The Registration form setting lists the fields that are on the form. Tick Required for any that must be filled in, or remove a field with ✕. Fields that are off appear as + Add chips underneath:
- School, email, and special notes are on by default
- Date of birth, gender, IC number, address, and emergency contact can be added
Custom fields: your student Custom Fields can be added too, and keep their groups. A custom field marked required in Settings → Custom Fields is always on the form. File-upload fields can't be collected on the form — if you add one, the parent sees "The centre will ask you for this after you enrol".
Tip: Make a separate Enrol & Pay page for each location, each with Locations on this page set, and share the right link with each branch's parents.
📥 After They Join
- The student appears on your Students list like any other student, enrolled in the class (or bundle) they chose
- The first invoice is created the same way as when you enrol a student yourself, including bundle pricing and one-time fees — unless After sign-up is set to No invoice
- The sign-up appears on your Leads page with the landing page it came from and any notes the parent wrote
- Bank-transfer payments wait for your approval as usual; online payments mark the invoice paid automatically
