the conversion page shows analytics on how well your club is turning leads into enrolled members it draws from the same lead data as growth → leads and pipeline — no extra setup needed navigate to growth → conversion in the admin sidebar conversion data only appears once you have leads in the system if you have no leads yet, the page shows a prompt to enable the lead capture section on your landing page 📊 summary tiles four headline numbers at the top tile what it means total leads all leads ever submitted via the enquiry form in pipeline leads currently in the contacted or interested stages enrolled leads that reached the enrolled stage conversion rate enrolled ÷ total leads, shown as a percentage 🔻 conversion funnel a horizontal bar chart showing how leads flow through your pipeline leads → contacted → interested → trial booked → enrolled each bar shows the absolute count for that stage the percentage relative to total leads (so bars narrow as the funnel narrows) between each stage the % continued — what fraction of the previous stage made it through this tells you exactly where you're losing people for example, if 80% of contacts become interested but only 20% of interested leads book a trial, that's where to focus your follow up effort 📋 conversion by source a table showing lead volume and conversion rate broken down by how the lead arrived column what it shows source where the lead came from (e g , direct, referral) leads total enquiries from this source enrolled how many reached enrolled conversion enrolled ÷ leads for this source high performing sources (≥ 20% conversion) are highlighted in green use this to understand which channels bring the best quality leads — not just the most volume 📈 monthly trend a bar chart showing leads vs enrolled for the past 6 months for each month, two bars are shown side by side lighter bar — total leads that month darker bar — leads that were enrolled that month use this to spot seasonality, the impact of a campaign, or whether your conversion rate is improving over time 💡 reading your numbers a healthy conversion rate depends on your club type and how you define leads, but a rough guide below 10% — something is breaking down are you following up fast enough? is the wrong audience arriving? 10–25% — reasonable focus on the stage with the biggest drop off in the funnel 25%+ — strong your landing page is attracting the right people and your follow up is working the conversion by source table helps you double down on what's working if referral leads convert at 40% but direct leads convert at 8%, invest more in your referral program
