the people page is where admins manage all users in the club — view everyone, assign or remove roles, invite new users, and manage pending invitations go to club → people (admin only) 📊 overview stats the top of the page shows a breakdown of your club's users by role card who it counts total every user in the club admins users with the admin role team users with the team role instructors users with the instructor role members users with the member role a user with multiple roles is counted in each relevant category 👥 user table all users are listed with name and avatar email and phone date joined current roles — shown as badges (a user can have more than one) linked profiles — avatars showing the user's student or instructor profiles (hover to see profile name and type, click to go to the profile) actions — click the ⋯ menu to manage the user use the search bar to find users by name, email, phone number, or profile name results update as you type the list is paginated — 20 users per page 🔑 roles in remmu each user can hold one or more roles within your club role access level admin full access — manage students, payments, settings, team, and all club data team staff access — scoped to assigned locations, with granular permissions (see below) instructor instructor access — view own classes, attendance, and billing member member access — view own payments, attendance, and packages note a single user can hold multiple roles for example, an instructor who also handles admin work can have both the instructor and admin roles team member permissions team members have granular permissions that control exactly what they can do configure these per team member from the team tab → click ⋯ → manage locations & permissions location access — assign which locations the team member can see and manage they only see students, classes, and payments for their assigned locations feature permissions — four toggles control what they can do permission what it allows manage classes add, edit, and delete classes manage students add, edit, archive, and delete students; manage guardians manage payments record, edit, and delete payments manage attendance add sessions, cancel/postpone, approve replacement requests permissions not granted default to read only for that team member role switcher users with multiple roles see a role switcher in the top navigation bar clicking it reveals a dropdown to switch between their roles — the sidebar and navigation update instantly to match the selected role this lets instructors who are also admins switch between their admin view and their instructor view without logging out 🔧 user actions click the ⋯ menu on any user row to access action description manage roles add or remove roles for this user impersonate view the system as this user (admin only) remove from club revoke access — their payment records are retained remove from club immediately revokes the user's access you cannot remove yourself 🔑 managing a user's roles click manage roles from the ⋯ menu to open the role management dialog current roles shows all roles the user currently has, each with a remove button adding a role select a role from the dropdown (roles already assigned are greyed out) click add role the role is added immediately — no confirmation needed removing a role click the trash icon next to any role a confirmation prompt appears "remove this role? this cannot be undone " click remove role to confirm important a user must always have at least one role the last remaining role cannot be removed ✏️ inviting a new user click + invite user to invite someone who isn't yet in the club fill in email address — where the invitation is sent role — the role they'll have when they join click send invite the person receives an email with a link to register and join the club with the assigned role sending a welcome email for users who have already joined but need to be re sent their account details, use the send welcome email option from the ⋯ menu this sends them an email with their login link and instructions to get started pending invitations below the user table, a pending invitations section shows all sent invitations that haven't been accepted yet for each pending invitation you can action what it does resend sends the invitation email again (useful if it expired or went to spam) cancel invalidates the invitation link immediately note invitations expire after 48 hours resend to give them a fresh link 🗂️ tabs the people page has tabs to filter the view tab shows all users everyone in the club team users with the team role instructors users with the instructor role members users with the member role admins users with the admin role the search bar works across all tabs ⚙️ difference between people and students people — all accounts (any role) — focused on access and roles students — enrolment and payment records — focused on class participation and billing a student is a user with the member role they appear in both people and students use people to manage their role and access; use students to manage their classes and payments
