remmu is a saas platform with subscription based pricing for clubs 🏷️ plans remmu offers different plans based on your club's size and needs each plan includes a set of features and limits (e g number of students, locations, team members) to view available plans and pricing https //app remmu com/pricing 📊 viewing your current plan settings → billing (or account → subscription ) shows your current plan name billing cycle (monthly or annual) next renewal date features included 🔧 upgrading or downgrading to change your plan, go to settings → billing → change plan and select the plan that fits your needs changes take effect at the next billing cycle 📄 billing & invoices all invoices for your remmu subscription are available under settings → billing → invoices invoices can be downloaded as pdfs ⚠️ payment failure & grace period if your subscription payment fails remmu will retry the payment you'll receive an email notification your account remains active during the retry period important if payment continues to fail, your club account may be suspended contact remmu support to resolve billing issues ⚙️ cancellation to cancel your subscription, contact remmu support your data is retained for a period after cancellation and can be exported on request 📊 usage limits your plan includes limits on number of active students number of locations number of team members whatsapp messages per month (if add on is enabled) you can view current usage under settings → billing → usage
