remmu is a saas platform with subscription based pricing for clubs 🏷️ plans remmu offers different plans based on your club's size and needs each plan includes a set of features and limits (e g number of students, locations, team members) to view available plans and pricing app remmu com/pricing https //app remmu com/pricing 📊 viewing your current plan settings → billing (or account → subscription ) shows your current plan name billing cycle (monthly or annual) next renewal date features included 🔧 upgrading or downgrading to change your plan, go to settings → billing → change plan and select the plan that fits your needs changes take effect at the next billing cycle 📄 billing & invoices all invoices for your remmu subscription are available under settings → billing → invoices invoices can be downloaded as pdfs ⚠️ payment failure & grace period if your subscription payment fails, or you exceed a usage limit on your current plan, your account enters a 7 day grace period you'll receive an email notification, plus daily reminder emails during the grace period your account remains active during the grace period a banner appears at the top of your dashboard showing days remaining and a call to action button the banner's button depends on why the grace period started cause button what it does payment failed retry payment recharges your existing plan and billing cycle — no plan change usage limit exceeded upgrade now takes you to the plan tab to upgrade to a plan that covers your usage important if the grace period expires without being resolved, your club account is suspended contact remmu support if you need help resolving a billing issue ⚙️ cancellation to cancel your subscription, contact remmu support your data is retained for a period after cancellation and can be exported on request 📊 usage limits your plan includes limits on number of active students number of locations number of team members whatsapp messages per month (if add on is enabled) you can view current usage under settings → billing → usage
