the leads page shows everyone who submitted the enquiry form on your landing page each submission becomes a lead that you can track, contact, and move through your pipeline navigate to growth → leads in the admin sidebar leads only appear here if you have the lead capture form section enabled on your landing page if it's not enabled, the page will show a prompt with a link to landing page settings 📋 lead information each lead card shows name — as submitted in the form status badge — current stage in the pipeline referral code — if the visitor came via a member referral link (shown as a purple badge) phone number — clickable to call directly whatsapp link — opens a whatsapp chat with the lead date submitted message — the visitor's enquiry message (if your form has the message field enabled) notes — your internal notes (editable, shown with a yellow sticky note) 🔴 lead statuses leads move through 6 stages status colour meaning new blue just submitted, not yet contacted contacted yellow you've reached out to them interested purple they've expressed interest trial booked orange a trial class has been arranged enrolled green they've joined the club lost grey no longer interested 🔀 moving a lead to a different status click the move button on any lead card to see a dropdown of all other statuses select one to immediately move the lead the status update is saved instantly you can also move leads by dragging them in the pipeline view (growth → pipeline) 🔢 status filter tiles at the top of the page, coloured tiles show the count for each status click any tile to filter the list to only that status click again to clear the filter an active filter pill appears below the tiles showing which stage is selected and how many leads match — click the × on the pill to clear it 📝 adding notes click the sticky note area on any lead card (or the "add a note " placeholder) to open a text editor type your note and click save notes are visible only to admins — members never see them use notes for things like "called, left voicemail" "parent prefers saturday class" "waiting for registration docs" ☎️ contacting leads tap the phone number on any card to call directly from your device tap whatsapp to open a chat with the lead's number in whatsapp web or the whatsapp app ☑️ bulk actions select multiple leads at once using the checkboxes on each card (or the select all toggle at the top) once leads are selected, a sticky action bar appears with move to status — set all selected leads to a new pipeline stage archive — move them to the archive (or restore if viewing archived leads) delete — permanently remove (with confirmation) clear selection 🗂️ archive vs delete the header has an archive / active toggle archived leads are hidden from the main list but kept for reference archive — for leads you don't want cluttering your view but want to keep around (e g lost leads from years ago) delete — permanent, cannot be undone — use only for spam or test entries 📥 exporting leads click export csv at the top of the page to download all leads in the current view the csv includes name, phone, email status, type (inquiry / trial signup), source class interest and landing page (if available) message and notes (multi line fields are joined with | ) referral code, converted student (if linked) created and archived timestamps (iso format) the file is named leads yyyy mm dd csv and includes a utf 8 bom for excel compatibility phone numbers are prefixed with an apostrophe so excel doesn't strip leading zeros 💡 tips work leads in order of recency — the list is sorted newest first move leads to contacted as soon as you reach out so you don't follow up twice mark as lost instead of leaving in pending — it keeps your counts accurate cross reference the referral code badge — if a lead came via a referral, converting them will automatically trigger the member's reward
