the account page manages your personal account — profile details, password, and billing it is separate from your club's settings go to account (top right menu → account) or navigate to app remmu com/account 👤 tab 1 profile manage your personal identity on remmu field notes profile picture upload or remove your avatar full name your display name across the platform display name shorter name shown in some contexts email read only — cannot be changed here phone number contact number on your account your current roles are shown as badges (admin, team, instructor, member) — these are set by your club and cannot be changed from here click save to apply changes 🛡️ tab 2 security change password enter a new password (minimum 6 characters) and confirm it click update password you will remain logged in after the change delete account permanently deletes your remmu account important payment records tied to your account are retained for record keeping purposes even after deletion this action cannot be undone a confirmation dialog appears before deletion is processed 🏷️ tab 3 billing only visible if you are an admin of at least one club this tab has two sections your clubs shows all clubs you own with their current subscription status column description club name the club you manage plan current subscription plan billing cycle monthly or annual last invoice date of most recent invoice manage link to that club's billing settings click manage to go directly to the club's plan and billing configuration → see docid\ cgzwne 4xxyjk5ihbk4fc for full details payment methods this is where you save the credit or debit card used to pay your remmu subscription fees these are your personal billing cards — separate from how your members pay their class fees saved cards are displayed as visual card replicas showing card brand (visa, mastercard, amex, etc ) card type (credit or debit) last 4 digits (e g •••• •••• •••• 1234 ) expiry date default badge on the card used for automatic renewals adding a card click + add card you are redirected to a commercepay checkout page enter your card details — a rm 1 00 verification charge is made to confirm the card is valid the rm 1 00 is automatically refunded after verification your card is saved and ready to use note your full card number is never stored in remmu — only the last 4 digits, brand, and expiry are saved the card token is held securely by commercepay (pci dss compliant) setting a default card click any saved card to set it as the default the default card is used for monthly or annual remmu subscription renewals any other platform level charges only one card can be the default at a time removing a card click edit (top right of the payment methods section) to enter edit mode an × button appears on each card — click it to remove important a card linked to an active subscription cannot be deleted set a different card as default first, then remove the old one important two separate payment systems admin's billing cards student payment methods purpose pay remmu subscription fees members pay class fees to your club managed in account → billing tab settings → payments scope personal (your account) per club (your club's settings) methods credit/debit card via commercepay bank transfer, commercepay online → see docid\ fmbhv1yvc0l3jhtsiyhnw for how student payments work
