locations represent the physical venues where your club operates classes are assigned to a location, and team members can be scoped to see only certain locations ✏️ adding a location go to club → locations → add location and enter location name (e g "main studio", "kl branch") address any relevant notes 🗂️ grid and list view the locations page supports two display modes — toggle between them using the view switcher at the top right grid view — visual cards per location, good for a quick overview list view — compact rows with summary stats per location ⚙️ location settings click settings on any location to open the location settings dialog class categories organise your classes into categories (e g "beginners", "advanced", "kids") categories are per location and help group classes visually add, rename, reorder (up/down), or delete categories assign a colour to each category for visual distinction each category shows how many classes are assigned to it categories are assigned to a class when creating or editing it 📅 assigning classes to a location when creating or editing a class, select the location it takes place at a class must have a location assigned 🔑 team member scoping team members (non admin staff) can be restricted to specific locations when scoped, they only see students, classes, and payments tied to their assigned locations tip this is useful for multi branch clubs where each branch manager should only manage their own venue → see docid\ zwcqihbndafxjtljycf1i 🔗 qr code check in by location each location also has its own qr code that students can scan to mark attendance for any class at that venue this is useful for reception desks where a single qr code handles multiple classes running at the same location to get the location qr code open the location → click qr code
