Member Invitations & Join Flow

there are two ways to add members to your club share a join code (self serve) or send a direct email invitation (one to one) both lead to the same result — the person creates an account and joins your club 🔗 option 1 join code (self serve) the join code is a short code members can use to register themselves share it widely — via whatsapp group, social media, or printed flyers finding your join code go to settings → general — your join code and join link are shown near the top join code e g rm xk7p2 join link e g app remmu com/club/your club/register?code=rm xk7p2 qr code displayed alongside — members can scan it to open the link directly what happens when a member uses the join link member opens the join link or scans the qr code they fill in name, email, phone, password account is created and they're automatically added to your club as a member they can now log in to the portal or mobile app regenerating your join code if your join link gets shared unintentionally or you want to stop accepting new self registrations, regenerate the code go to settings → general → join code click regenerate important the old join link stops working immediately share the new link when you're ready to accept registrations again 📧 option 2 direct email invitation invite a specific person by email only that email address can use the invitation link, and it expires after 48 hours sending an invitation go to club → students → invite student enter the person's email address optionally enter their name click send invitation the person receives an email with a personal join link when they click it, they're taken directly to the registration form, pre filled with their email managing invitations from club → students → invitations (or the invitations tab), admins can see all pending invitations see when each was sent and when it expires resend an invitation if it expired or the person missed it cancel an invitation before it's accepted after a member joins whether they used a join code or a direct invitation they appear in club → students with a pending status admin needs to enrol them in classes and set billing note members won't have any active payments or classes until you set these up 🚀 after joining the club join flow when a member creates an account via the join link, they go through a short confirmation step they register their email and password they see a confirmation screen "join \[club name]?" they click join — they're added to the club as a member they're taken to the member dashboard this two step process prevents accidental joins and shows the member which club they're signing up for ⚙️ difference between join code and direct invitation join code direct invitation who can use it anyone with the link only the invited email expires never (until regenerated) 48 hours best for social sharing, open registration specific individuals access control lower higher
