📋 general what is remmu? remmu is a club management platform for activity based clubs — martial arts academies, yoga studios, fitness centres, and more it handles student management, class scheduling, payment collection, attendance tracking, and member notifications who is remmu for? club owners and their admin staff use the web portal to manage the club members and their guardians use the remmu mobile app (ios and android) or the web portal to view payments and attendance is remmu available in my country? remmu is currently built for malaysian clubs, with all amounts in ringgit (rm) and local payment methods (bank transfer, commercepay) contact us if you're interested in using remmu outside malaysia 👥 students & members can a student be enrolled in multiple classes? yes a student can be enrolled in as many classes as needed each enrolment is tracked separately for payments and attendance how do i add a guardian for a student? open the student profile → guardian tab → add guardian enter the guardian's name, email, and phone, then send an invitation the guardian creates their own account and receives payment notifications on behalf of the student can i import students in bulk? yes go to club → students → import, download the csv template, fill in student details, and upload the file what happens when a student leaves the club? archive the student's profile archived students are hidden from the active list but all records (payments, attendance) are preserved 💳 payments what payment methods does remmu support? bank transfer — members transfer to your bank account and upload proof commercepay — online card payments (requires commercepay merchant account) how does bank transfer proof work? after transferring, the member uploads a screenshot of their receipt in the app the admin reviews it and approves or rejects it on approval, a receipt is sent to the member can i manually mark a payment as paid without proof? yes open the payment record and click mark as paid this is useful for cash payments what is the grace period? if a monthly payment is overdue, the member gets a 7 day grace period daily reminder emails are sent on day 7, the account is flagged as suspended can i waive a payment or give a discount? you can manually edit the payment amount before it's paid for recurring discounts, set the class fee accordingly when enrolling the student why is a student showing as overdue even though they paid? the payment proof may not have been approved yet, or the payment was recorded in the wrong month check the student's payment tab and approve any pending proof 📅 attendance how do students check in? using the qr code displayed at the venue students scan it with their phone — it's available on the class page or location page in the admin portal can i mark attendance manually? yes go to club → attendance, select the class and date, and mark students as present does attendance affect package balances? yes for package billing type, each attendance automatically deducts one session from the student's balance 📱 mobile app what can members do in the app? view payments, attendance history, session package balances, and profile members cannot manage the club from the mobile app — that's done via the web portal is there a separate login for the app? no members use the same email and password as the web portal can admins use the mobile app to manage the club? the mobile app is for members only club management is done at https //app remmu com 🔔 notifications what triggers an email to members? payment receipts, payment failures, grace period warnings, and account suspension notices what triggers a whatsapp message? currently, payment receipt notifications whatsapp must be enabled as an add on members say they're not receiving emails what should i check? confirm the email address on their profile is correct ask them to check their spam folder ask them to whitelist the sender address 🏷️ billing & account how is remmu priced? remmu is subscription based view plans at https //app remmu com/pricing where can i find my invoices? settings → billing → invoices can i export my club data? contact remmu support to request a data export how do i contact support? email us at mailto\ support\@remmu com or use the chat widget in the portal
