the pipeline is a kanban board view of your leads it shows the same leads as growth → leads but laid out in columns — one column per stage — so you can see your entire funnel at a glance and move leads by dragging cards navigate to growth → pipeline in the admin sidebar 🗂️ the board the pipeline has 6 columns from left to right column colour new enquiry blue contacted yellow interested purple trial booked orange enrolled green lost grey each column header shows the count of leads in that stage 🖱️ moving leads by drag and drop grab any lead card by its grip handle (the dotted icon on the left) and drag it to a different column when you drag over a column, it highlights to show it's a valid drop target release to move the lead the update is saved immediately — you don't need to click save if you're on a touch device, use the move dropdown on the leads list page instead — drag and drop requires a mouse/trackpad 📋 lead cards each card on the pipeline board shows lead's name date submitted phone number (clickable) whatsapp link notes preview (if notes have been added) original message preview (if no notes, shows the visitor's enquiry) ↔️ when to use pipeline vs leads use pipeline when use leads when you want to see the big picture across all stages you need to read or add detailed notes you want to drag multiple leads through stages quickly you want to filter to a specific stage and work through it you're doing a daily review of your funnel you're doing a detailed follow up session both views share the same data — a change made in one instantly appears in the other
