remmu supports multiple payment methods you configure which methods are active for your club under settings → payments 💳 bank transfer (manual) members transfer money to your club's bank account and upload a screenshot of the receipt as proof how it works member initiates payment in the app or portal remmu shows your bank account details and transfer instructions member makes the transfer via their own banking app member uploads a screenshot of the transfer receipt admin reviews the proof and approves or rejects it on approval, payment status changes to paid and a receipt is sent setting up bank transfer go to settings → payments → bank transfer and add bank name account number account holder name any transfer instructions (shown to members) tip you can add multiple bank accounts (e g maybank and cimb) proof required by default, members must upload proof before the payment is considered received admins can also manually mark a payment as paid without proof if needed 🔗 commercepay (online) commercepay enables online card payments members pay instantly — no proof upload needed how it works member initiates payment in the app or portal they are redirected to commercepay's secure payment page member enters card details and completes payment remmu receives confirmation automatically payment status changes to paid immediately setting up commercepay contact remmu support to link your commercepay merchant account once connected, enable it under settings → payments → commercepay ⚙️ letting members choose you can configure whether members can choose their preferred payment method, or lock them to a specific method admin only — only admins see all methods; members use a fixed method member choice — members pick bank transfer or online payment at checkout this is configured under settings → payments → allow member choice 🚀 coming soon razorpay — additional online payment gateway stripe — international card payments
