Joining a Club & Setting Up Your Profile

this guide walks new members through registering an account, joining a club, and setting up a student profile — on both the web and the mobile app 🌐 on the web step 1 — register an account you need an invite link or invite code from your club admin there are two ways to receive one email invitation — admin sends you an invite email; click the link to go straight to the registration page with your email pre filled invite code — admin gives you a code (e g rm xxxxx ); go to your club's registration page and enter it go to your club's registration page app remmu com/club/\[club name]/register fill in field notes full name your display name across the platform email used to log in and receive notifications phone number contact number for your club password minimum 8 characters confirm password must match click create account you will receive a verification email — click the link to confirm your email address if you were invited by email, your email address will be pre filled and your role in the club will be set automatically step 2 — log in after verifying your email, go to app remmu com/club/\[club name]/login enter your email and password you will be taken to your club dashboard step 3 — set up your student profile after logging in, go to profile from the top menu or sidebar if you don't yet have a student profile, you'll see an + add myself button click it and fill in field notes full name required date of birth used for age verification ic / passport number optional — auto fills date of birth and gender for malaysian ics phone your contact number emergency contact name and phone number custom fields any additional fields your club requires (e g belt rank) click save your student profile is now linked to your account step 4 — add a child profile (guardians) if you are registering on behalf of a child, click + add child on the profile page instead of + add myself fill in the child's details you can specify whether the child has their own email and phone or whether all contact should go to you once saved, the child's profile appears on your profile page alongside your own 📱 on the mobile app step 1 — download the app platform how to find it ios app store — search remmu android google play — search remmu step 2 — register open the app and tap register you need your club's invite code — ask your admin if you don't have one codes come in two formats code format what it does rm xxxxx club level invite — joins you to the club 6 character code location or class level invite — joins you to a specific class you can also scan a qr code instead of typing the code manually — tap the qr icon next to the code field once a valid code is entered, the club (and class, if applicable) is shown for confirmation then fill in first name email phone password and confirm password tap register your account is created and you are automatically joined to the club step 3 — log in if you already have an account, tap log in on the opening screen enter your email and password you use the same email and password on both the web portal and the mobile app — no separate account needed step 4 — complete your profile after logging in, tap profile (bottom navigation) if your student profile is incomplete, you'll be prompted to fill in missing details such as date of birth, ic number, and emergency contact 🔔 after joining once your account and student profile are set up your admin will enrol you in your class you'll receive payment notifications by email (and whatsapp if configured by your club) you can view payments, attendance, and packages from the app or web portal → see docid 0i4ed70sitypo7x0l6wed for how to manage your profile → see docid\ ag o ongndsk47tb6afmy for everything you can do in the app
