Control which automated notifications REMMU sends, to whom, and through which channels.

Navigate to **Settings → Notifications**.

## 📧 Email Notifications

Email reminders are **free with no quota limits** — they use REMMU's built-in email system and your academy's branding.

### Payment Reminder

Toggle the **Payment Reminder** switch to send automated email reminders to guardians (or students, if no guardian is linked) when they have unpaid invoices.

When enabled, configure two independent schedules:

### Days after invoice is generated

Pick which days after invoice creation to send a reminder (if still unpaid). Multiple days can be selected:

| Option  | When it sends                      |
| ------- | ---------------------------------- |
| 1 day   | 1 day after the invoice is created |
| 3 days  | 3 days after                       |
| 5 days  | 5 days after                       |
| 7 days  | 7 days after                       |
| 14 days | 14 days after                      |
| 21 days | 21 days after                      |
| 30 days | 30 days after                      |

**Then repeat until paid** — After the last selected threshold, enable this option to keep sending a reminder every N days (1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, or 14 days) until the invoice is paid. Useful for persistent follow-up without manual effort.

### Fixed days of the month

Also send reminders on specific calendar dates each month (e.g., the 1st and 15th), regardless of when the invoice was created. Click the day tiles (1–28) to toggle them on or off. Multiple days can be selected.

You can use **both** schedules together — "days after invoice" for initial follow-up, and "fixed days of month" for a regular monthly sweep of all outstanding invoices.

## 🔔 Push Notifications

Push notifications are delivered to members via the REMMU mobile app.

| Notification             | Default | Description                                                                                         |
| ------------------------ | ------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **You have class today** | Off     | Sends a push notification at 8 AM to all enrolled members on the day of their class                 |
| **Payment Reminder**     | On      | Sends an in-app and push notification alongside email reminders when a guardian has unpaid invoices |

## 💬 WhatsApp Notifications

WhatsApp notifications require a WhatsApp add-on (available on Lite, Pro, and Elite plans). Messages are sent using REMMU's platform WhatsApp number — no Meta account setup needed on your end.

### Notification types

| Package Expiry         | 🔜 Coming soon | Sent when a student's package is about to expire                          |

### Reminder send days (WhatsApp)

When **Payment Reminder** is enabled, a calendar picker (days 1–28) lets you choose **multiple days** of the month to send reminders. Click a day tile to select it (turns green). Click again to deselect.

The reminder is sent on each selected day to any guardian with at least one unpaid invoice. Sending stops automatically if your monthly WhatsApp quota runs out.

If no days are selected, WhatsApp payment reminders will not be sent even if the toggle is on.

### Monthly usage

The WhatsApp section shows your current month's usage:

- Messages sent vs your plan's monthly allowance
- Remaining plan messages
- Available extra credits (if you've purchased credit packs)

Purchase additional credit packs from this page if you need more messages beyond your plan allowance.

### Usage & credits history

Within the WhatsApp section:

- **Monthly Usage** — messages sent each month with a progress bar against your plan limit
- **Credits History** — all purchased credit packs, how many credits remain, and expiry status

## 👥 Who receives notifications
