**Member Guides** lets you download ready-made, step-by-step how-to guides for your members as one PDF with your branding. Share it in a WhatsApp group, email it to new families, or print it for your front desk, so members can get started without asking you how.

Go to **Guides** in the sidebar (under **System**). Admin only.

## 📚 Available Guides

## 📥 Downloading Guides

1. Click each guide you want to include. Selected guides show a tick. Use **Select all** or **Clear** to change the selection quickly
2. Click **Preview** to see the full PDF in the page before downloading (optional)
3. Click **Download Selected**

All selected guides are combined into a single PDF, `member-guides.pdf`.

**Tip:** Only include guides for features your academy actually uses. For example, leave out **Buy from the Store** if you don't run a store, so members aren't confused.

## 🎨 Branding

Each PDF is branded for your academy automatically:

- Your **academy logo** (the invoice logo if you've set one, otherwise the email logo, otherwise your main logo) and **name**
- Your academy's **portal URL**: your custom domain if you have one, otherwise your `remmu.com` subdomain, so members know exactly where to log in

To change what appears, update your logos in **Settings → General** or your domain in **Settings → Domain**, then download the guides again.
