Earn platform credits by referring other academy owners to REMMU. For every academy that signs up using your referral link and pays their first invoice, you earn **RM50 in credits** — automatically applied to your next billing invoice.

## 🔗 Your Referral Link

Navigate to **Account → Invite & Earn** to find your personal referral link:

Your referral code is unique to you and never changes. You can share the full link or just the code — both work.

To access the tab:

1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner
2. Select **My Account**
3. Click the **Invite & Earn** tab

### Sharing options

The tab gives you multiple ways to share:

- **Copy link** — copies the full URL to your clipboard
- **WhatsApp** — opens a pre-written message with your referral link already included
- **Telegram** — shares directly to Telegram
- **Email** — opens your mail client with a pre-filled message
- **More / Native share** — on mobile, uses the device's share sheet

### Credit balance at a glance

The top of the Invite & Earn tab shows your current **credit balance** in RM, along with two quick stats:

- 🚀 **Invited** — total referral links sent
- 👥 **Subscribed** — how many converted to paying academies

Tap the **refresh button** to pull the latest balance.

## 💰 How Credits Work

### Referee welcome credit

When someone signs up using your referral link, they receive **RM150 credit** automatically applied to their first invoice. This encourages them to pick a paid plan right away.

- The welcome credit expires **30 days** after signup
- It's applied before any payment is charged (if the credit covers the invoice in full, no payment is needed)

### Your referral reward

Once the referred academy pays their first invoice, the referral **converts** and you earn **RM50 credit**.

- Credits **never expire** (only the referee's welcome credit has a 30-day limit)
- Credits are applied automatically to your next REMMU invoice
- If your credit balance covers the invoice in full, the invoice is marked paid and no gateway payment is needed

### Milestone bonuses

Every converted referral counts toward a cumulative milestone tracker. Milestones are **permanent** — they never reset.

**Free month credit** at milestone 3 is calculated as your monthly plan price at the time of conversion — not when you signed up. If you're on an annual plan, the monthly equivalent price is used.

Mystery gifts are fulfilled manually by the REMMU team. You'll be contacted directly.

The **Invite & Earn** tab shows a **milestone progress bar** — a line with numbered dots at each milestone. Filled dots show milestones you've already hit. A highlighted **Next Reward** card shows what you're working toward and how many more referrals you need to unlock it.

### Credits on the Plans page

If you have unused credits, a green banner appears at the top of the **Plans & Billing** page:

The banner includes the expiry date if applicable, so you know when to act.

## 📊 Tracking Your Referrals

The **Invite & Earn** tab shows:

- **Credit balance** — your current available credits (applied automatically at next invoice)
- **Milestone progress bar** — how many referrals you've converted and what's coming next
- **Referral history** — each academy you've referred with their status:
  - **Pending** — signed up but hasn't paid an invoice yet (expires after 90 days if they never pay)
  - **Converted** — paid their first invoice; you earned your reward
  - **Expired** — 90-day window passed without a paid invoice; no reward issued
- **Credit history** — a log of every credit earned, bonus issued, and amount applied to invoices

## ✅ Referral Rules

- An academy can only be referred **once** — they can't be referred by multiple people
- Referrals only convert when the referee **pays a paid plan invoice** — free plan signups don't count
- Credits are **per user**, not per academy. If you own multiple academies, the same credit balance is shared across all of them and applied to whichever invoice comes next
- There are **no multi-level referrals** — if someone you referred then refers another academy, you don't earn from that second referral

## 🔑 Sharing Tips

- Share your link via WhatsApp, email, or in academy owner communities
- The referral code is auto-captured when someone clicks your link (stored in a cookie for 30 days), so they don't need to manually enter it — but they can also type it in manually on the signup form
