**Beta feature.** Automatically export data to a Google Sheet as it comes in — no manual CSV downloads needed.
:::

Today, Google Sheets export supports **Leads** — every new lead captured from your public landing page is appended to your sheet automatically. More data sources (payments, attendance) may be added later.

## 🔧 Enabling It

Go to **Settings → General → Modules** and turn on **Integrations**. This adds an **Integrations** page to the sidebar, under **System**.

## ⚙️ Setup

Go to **Integrations** in the sidebar (under **System**):

1. **Enable Google Sheets export** — turn the toggle on
2. Open your Google Sheet, click **Share**, and add REMMU's service account email as an **Editor** (shown in the setup instructions on this page, with a copy button)
3. Paste the sheet's URL into **Google Sheet URL**
4. Click **Test** to confirm the connection — a success message shows the sheet's title once connected
5. Under **What to export**, check **Leads**
6. Click **Save Changes**

REMMU uses one shared service account to connect to your sheet — there's no separate Google login or OAuth flow needed. Just share your sheet with the provided email address.

## 📋 What Gets Exported

Once enabled, every new lead is appended as a row to a **Leads** tab in your sheet (created automatically on first export, with a header row), with these columns:

- Date created
- Full name
- Phone
- Email
- Source
- Status
- Message

Export happens the moment the lead is captured — no delay, no manual trigger needed. If the export fails for any reason, it doesn't block or delay lead capture itself.
