REMMU sends automated emails to members and admins for key events, using your academy's branding.

## 📧 Emails Sent to Members

## 🏷️ Email Branding

All emails sent to your members use your academy's branding:

- Your academy logo (from Settings → General → Email Logo)
- Your primary colour
- Your custom footer text and contact email

To update email branding: **Settings → General** (Branding section)

**Note:** There's no automatic account suspension for members with overdue payments — that only applies to an academy's own REMMU subscription (see [Subscriptions & Plans](docId\:JO57dRHSKuCT55KREUb3d)). ## ⚙️ Unsubscribing

Transactional emails (receipts, payment alerts) cannot be unsubscribed from as they contain important account information. Marketing emails are not sent through REMMU.

## 🛡️ Email Deliverability

Emails are sent from a verified domain. If members report not receiving emails:

1. Ask them to check their spam/junk folder
2. Ask them to whitelist your academy's sender address
3. Verify the email address on their profile is correct
